1. Employee Engagement Summit

After a few years’ hiatus, Europe’s largest employee recognition event is back. The Employee Engagement Summit takes place in London, with 3 seminar halls and more than 70 different presentations based around improving employee retention and engagement.
There is also a networking party and round table sessions with industry leaders taking place throughout.

2. SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2022
Dates: 12th – 15th June 2022
Location: New Orleans + online stream
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference & Expo is one of the world’s largest conferences of HR professionals. Over four days you can attend conferences to learn about mentor networking, HR leadership, and a wealth of learning workshops.
The SHRM 2022 is focusing on diversity and inclusion, working environments, and recruitment and retention.
The Conference will take place in New Orleans, like every year, plus there will be a stream available.

3. The State of the Human Experience in the Workplace
Dates: August 17th 2022
Location: Online only
This virtual conference is focused on the interconnected topics between the human experience and the working environment.
There will be a range of presentations covering areas such as employee performance, retention, and engagement as well as the best practices in these areas.

4. Creating a Culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Conference
Dates: September 21st 2022
Location: Online only
This one day conference is focused around improving diversity, equality, and inclusion across as many organisations as possible. This has become especially important since the pandemic, as people’s attitudes towards their working environments have changed.
Hear from industry leaders about facilitating empathy, reinforcing organisational values, understanding the more remote working setup, and much more.

The Future Workforce Conference is taking place as an online stream and will focus on more general HR topics, such as talent acquisition and workplace development strategies, through panels with industry experts and case studies.
