Frequently asked questions

How does JOIN's pricing work?
Our pricing scales with your hiring volume. You pick a plan (Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise) and how many jobs you want to hire for at once. Standard and Advanced bill monthly or yearly (2 months free when you pay yearly); Enterprise is custom-quoted on an annual contract.
What is an active job?
An active job is any job in 'Online' or 'Offline' status: a role whose hiring is still in progress. Online jobs are published on job boards and taking applications; Offline jobs are unpublished but still let you manage candidates. Both count towards your plan's limit. Once you've filled a role, archive it and it no longer counts.
What happens when I reach my active-job limit?
You can't go over your plan's active-job limit. To open a new role once you've reached it, either archive a job you're no longer hiring for or upgrade to a plan with more active jobs. Archiving frees the slot right away, and you can unarchive the job later if you need it back.
How does the free trial work?
The trial runs on the Advanced plan for 14 days, with up to 5 active jobs and full access to its features. You won't be charged by accident: it ends automatically, and you're only billed if you actively choose to continue on a paid plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I change the number of jobs or plan later?
Yes, you can change the number of jobs or switch plans at any time. Reducing jobs or moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of your billing cycle; adding jobs or moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is a custom annual plan with a minimum commitment. Pricing depends mainly on how many jobs you're hiring for at once, plus any add-ons you need. Book a demo or contact sales for a quote.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus SEPA Direct Debit for European customers. To pay by invoice, contact our team.
