Berlin, Munich and Hamburg scale-ups pull it up (38-46 k€ fixed); profiles in the provinces or the classic Mittelstand pull it down (30-34 k€ fixed). The variable component is significant in this job (see the OTE block). The position is designed as a 12- to 24-month ramp toward the Account Executive role, not as a career destination.
