Stage 1: Reviewing applications and credentials

Stage 2: Phone screen (15-20 minutes)
Clarify four things: (1) since when, and to what extent, they've worked independently without supervision, (2) what type of systems and jobs they've mostly handled, (3) availability for on-call duty or customer visits outside core hours, if relevant, (4) salary expectations in hourly wage, not annual salary.
