What should a small business put on its careers page?
Start with open roles, working conditions, team information, and the application process. Our guide to creating a careers page includes a page outline and checks to complete before launch.
Can I use my existing website?
Yes. Add the Join jobs widget to a page where your content management system allows embedded code. You need access to edit that page; whoever maintains your site can help with the placement.
Where do I change the company information?
Update Company details in Join, then use the Career page settings for images, videos and a preview. The Join profile and careers page guide explains these settings and the widget options.
Can I choose the widget language?
Yes. Select the interface language in the widget settings. This setting controls the widget interface; prepare each job ad in the language you want candidates to read.
Can people apply when no role suits them?
You can enable spontaneous applications on the careers page. This gives people a way to express interest when no suitable role is listed, with an email template available for your response.
