Schedule interviews faster with Interviewer Pools

Stop picking interviewers one by one every time you schedule. Interviewer Pools let you group your team into reusable pools, like “Engineers” or “Customer Support”, so the right people are always one click away, and availability is handled automatically.

Create reusable interviewer pools

Group team members into named pools from Settings, under Interviewer Pools. Set up a pool once for each department or interview type, and it’s ready to use across every job and every candidate going forward.

Add pools directly when scheduling

When booking an interview, select a pool from the interviewers dropdown instead of adding people individually. Join automatically checks who in the pool is available and finds slots that work.

Control how many interviewers attend

Decide how many members from a pool need to be available. Availability updates instantly as you adjust.

Add pools to interview templates

Include interviewer pools when setting up a template so the right people are pre-assigned every time you use it.

Keep pools up to date

Edit, duplicate, or deactivate pools as your team changes. Deactivating a pool doesn’t affect interviews already scheduled, it simply stops the pool from appearing when booking new ones.
