Your hiring notifications, now in Slack
If your team already works in Slack, you can now keep up with hiring activity there too. Connect your company’s Slack workspace to Join and receive selected hiring notifications directly in Slack, so you can stay informed without switching between tools.
Connect your Slack workspace
The Slack integration lives in your Settings, under Integrations.
For workspace admins
Connect or disconnect your company's Slack workspace in a few steps. Once connected, your team will be notified to set up their notification preferences.
For non-admin users
Request access to notify your company’s System Admin by email. You’ll be notified once Slack is connected.
Choose your notifications
Slack notifications are configured individually, so each person can choose the updates that matter to them without changing anyone else’s preferences. You can receive updates for hiring activity such as:
- New applications
- Candidate stage changes
- Note mentions and replies
- Scorecards
- Interview updates, and more
View updates in Slack
Once set up, your selected hiring updates will appear directly in Slack, with quick links to the relevant job or application, so you can stay on top of hiring activity and only switch to Join when you need to take action.
