JobMatch.Me is a matching network for logistics, hospitality, service and retail jobs, pitched as “like Tinder, only for recruiting”. Instead of writing applications, job seekers fill in a short profile on their phone and decide which employers may contact them, with no CV or cover letter. It suits frontline hiring where a quick, reachable contact matters more than documents.

Sign-up is split into truck drivers, dispatchers, and service and retail jobs.
