About Workeer
Workeer calls itself the job platform for international and refugee talent in Germany. It was founded in 2015 and is an official UNHCR partner. Candidates filter vacancies by the language level they require and apply from their phone, mostly without a cover letter or CV. Use it when a job is truly open to newcomers to Germany.
Workeer says more than 75,000 people who are new to Germany use it, and that its jobs span every industry, for people with or without experience, experts and graduates alike. Each vacancy lists its language requirements, and candidates can filter by the highest level a job asks for, from A1 to C2. They receive matches by WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
The Workeer job ad does not stay on the site: it is posted on social media, shared in Telegram groups and passed through what Workeer says are more than 2,000 partner organisations. Add the public employment service for wide active-search reach, and an occupational board when a licence or recognised qualification decides the hire.
