A central Notifications hub

Find all the account activity updates that matter to you in the new ‘Notifications’ tab in your sidebar, with options to switch between unread and all notifications.

Full control over topics and channels

Choose which notifications you want to receive and how you receive them, in-app, by email, or both. Notifications cover candidate activity, job updates, team collaboration, premium job ad status, and more, so you only stay informed about what’s relevant to your hiring workflow.

Digest emails for application activity

Get a daily or weekly summary of new and rejected applications, delivered at a scheduled time. These emails help you review hiring activity in one go and plan next steps more efficiently.

Real-time in-app notifications

Stay informed instantly while you work in Join. In-app popups notify you about important activity as it happens, like job changes or replies to notes, without leaving your current workflow.
