One row per candidate and a richer candidates table

Before this, a candidate who’d applied to more than one of your jobs showed up as a separate row for each application, so the same person could appear two or three times in your table. We’ve made this easier.

The ‘All’ tab

Every candidate in your account now lives here. Use filter and sort to pull up exactly who you’re looking for: active, rejected, hired, or someone in your Talent Pool.

One row per candidate

Every job a candidate’s applied for, and the stage of each one, now lives together inside a single row, instead of a separate row per application.

Bulk-delete candidate profiles

Select multiple candidates and delete their entire profiles, including every application, email, and document, in one action.

Bulk-reject every application at once

Reject all of a candidate’s active applications in a single action, instead of rejecting each one separately.

Wider export coverage

Exporting from Candidates > All now includes your Talent Pool profiles too.

Richer columns

Documents, professional links, phone numbers, and tags now show a live preview directly in the table, so you don’t need to open a profile just to check them.
