Block applications from a candidate’s email address

Rejecting an application or deleting a profile does not stop someone from applying again. For spam, fraud, or misconduct, blocking rejects current and future applications from the same email address while keeping the candidate’s data.
Reject applications from the same email address

Once you block a candidate, any current or future applications from their email address are automatically rejected with your default rejection email, the next working day, without you having to do anything.
Locks their profile, keeps their data
A blocked candidate’s profile goes view-only. You can still delete it or add notes and tags, but nothing else. Unlike deleting a candidate outright, nothing about their profile or applications is erased.
No separate blocking notification
Candidates receive your default rejection email, but no separate notice telling them they have been blocked.
Unblock anytime
Reverse blocking by using ‘Unblock candidate’ from the same profile whenever you want. New applications are processed normally again, and you regain full access to their profile.
