About APEC
APEC, the French association for executive employment, runs apec.fr, which it calls the reference site for cadres. Vacancies carrying cadre status and roles for young graduates belong here, the two audiences it names. It is an option once your company holds an APEC recruiter account and has signed the ADEP agreement.
Cadre is a status rather than a job title: the labour-market glossary of France's public employment service describes it as a post in a higher category, usually within management or leadership. APEC's job search lets candidates choose between jobs and internships, so it serves people starting out as well as experienced cadres: leadership and expert posts sit here next to first jobs after a degree.
Technician, hourly and shop-floor vacancies reach their candidates through the public employment service or a generalist board, and a role based outside France needs a channel in that market, since APEC through Join covers France only. When a cadre search needs more reach, add a professional network for people who are not actively looking, or a paid cadre-only board with its own French audience.
