All your settings, now in one place
Until now, your personal settings and your company settings lived in two separate places, and opening the wrong one meant backing out and starting again. Now they sit together in one settings hub. Whether you’re changing your notification preferences or editing an email template, you manage everything from a unified ‘Settings’ interface.
Manage personal and company settings together
Your personal and company settings now share one hub, available from ‘Settings’ in your profile menu. You can also now make changes like updating locations or integrations without navigating to a new page.
Find related settings by topic
Related settings are grouped together, making it easier to find what you need. Here’s what each section covers:
- Account: your profile, language and time zone, notification preferences, and the calendar and email accounts you connect to Join
- Organisation: your company details, the team members who can access Join, your office locations, and your plan and invoices
- Templates: the hiring pipelines, email templates, interview formats, interviewer pools and scorecards your team reuses across jobs
