Boost jobs with your own LinkedIn contract

Many teams already pay LinkedIn for a set of job slots, but until now our team had to set them up in Join for you. Now it’s fully self-serve: connect your contract yourself and choose which jobs to boost, right where you manage the rest of your postings.
Use the LinkedIn slots you already have
A LinkedIn contract is an agreement your company has directly with LinkedIn. It gives you a set number of slots, and each slot runs one job as a promoted ad. You connect your contract to Join once, from the LinkedIn integration settings in Join. After that, you can use available slots on active jobs that do not already have a LinkedIn premium posting.

Promote jobs with your available slots
Use an available slot to promote a job from its ‘Postings’ page. Once you confirm the boost, Join sends the job to LinkedIn as a promoted ad. The promoted ad replaces the job’s organic LinkedIn posting, so candidates only see one version of it. The posting also gets a ‘Contract’ badge, so your team can see which jobs are using a slot.

Your slots aren’t tied to one job. When you close a contract posting, the slot is free again for another job. If you close or archive the job itself, the slot is freed as well. Contract postings also get their own line in the job’s performance chart. It shows how many applications your slots bring in compared with your organic and paid postings.
