Gross fixed salary per year for full ownership of the front office at a larger house (10 to 18 years of experience), commonly titled Front Office Director, most often in a 5-star house from 200 rooms with concierge, reservations and night duty under one department, one level above the Front Desk Manager or Front Office Manager. Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin pull the range up markedly; branded international hospitality and a high MICE share pull it up further. Special payments and shift or night supplements under the applicable DEHOGA collective agreement come on top, structurally outside the fixed salary; branded international groups commonly add a yearly bonus tied to RevPAR or guest-satisfaction targets.
