How can I integrate Kenjo?

Answer

With our new Kenjo integration for JOIN, managing jobs becomes even easier. It only takes a few steps to integrate Kenjo:

  1. Head over to this link.
  2. Create an API key.
  3. Fill in this form with the API created above.
  4. JOIN will enable the integration and notify you once it is ready, please allow up to one full working day.

You can select which jobs are synchronised by selecting “Promote in JOIN” when editing an “Active” position on Kenjo. If you unselect it or set a status other than “Active”, the job will be removed from JOIN.

What is Kenjo?

Kenjo is an all-in-one human resources software. In a world where the workplace is rapidly changing, HR is evolving. Kenjo is here to support HR teams to become a strategic team within their companies, to help people and their companies reach their potential and truly thrive.

Why use Kenjo with JOIN?

Kenjo offers an advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to assist internal HR teams of all sizes in organising and scaling their HR processes. Combined with JOIN’s powerful multi-posting feature, you will be able to attract more applications than before and manage them in an optimal way.

How does the integration work?

The integration consists of two services: jobs and candidates synchronisation.

  • Job synchronisation creates, updates and archives jobs automatically, based on the jobs hosted on Kenjo that you have selected. This means that you will only need to maintain jobs on Kenjo and JOIN will replicate those jobs automatically – without any input from you.
  • Candidates synchronisation forwards applications from JOIN to Kenjo. This means that you can use Kenjo for the management of applications without having to log in to JOIN. You will still be able to use JOIN for purchasing premium products and benefit from the attractive prices on relevant job boards.
