What can I do if my application confirmation link is not working?

Answer

To ensure the protection of your data, you need to confirm your email address when you apply for your first job on JOIN. A confirmation email containing a link is sent automatically on applying for the job. 

⚠️Your application is not submitted to the employer until you confirm.

If the confirmation link does not work, please proceed as described below.

Why does a link not work?

If the link in your confirmation email isn't working, it could mean that 

  • your account is already verified, or 
  • the link has expired. 

What you can do:

Simply visit https://join.com/auth/login and log in with your email and the password you created when applying for the job.

  • If your account is already verified, you will be directed to your dashboard.
  • If your account is not yet verified, we will send you another verification email. 

⚠️ Click on the “Confirm” button in the most recent verification email. If you click on an old one, you will get an error message.
