Fuel Merantix's growth by finding candidates with specific characteristics

Polina Frantseva was looking for a complimentary multiposting tool in addition to Merantix's existing HR software, BambooHR. The goal was to find a solution that would help her post jobs efficiently on popular job boards and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, with only using a single login.

Previously, she had to use several logins to create job ads on multiple job boards. Her recruiting process involved quite a lot of copy and pasting, which consumed a lot of time and effort.

The three challenges Merantix was facing:
