What we do
With our tool, we help more than 50,000 companies and organisations to track and manage applications from various sources (ATS - Applicant Tracking System).
In addition, we help to increase the number of applications by automatically multiposting job ads on all major job boards (TAS - Talent Acquisition Software). Thus, recruiters only need to create one job ad to bundle all recruiting activities within JOIN.

Working hours and vacation
Early bird or night owl? It's up to you and your team - as long as your works gets done we don't put any unnecessary restrictions into place. We also want you to take at least 25 days (5 weeks) to unplug, recharge, explore, and unwind.
