About Role:

The Office Property Management Director will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the office properties within our client’s portfolio in the Czech Republic. This role involves ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards, optimizing the financial performance, and delivering excellent service to tenants. The successful candidate will lead a team of property managers and work closely with various departments to achieve the company's strategic goals.

Tasks

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of office properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and security.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies that enhance the value and performance of the properties.
  • Lead and manage a team of property managers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of properties, preparing regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and expenses.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with leasing teams to support tenant retention and attract new tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets for property operations and capital expenditures.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and ensure services are delivered as per agreements.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and improve the environmental performance of the properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably within the office sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management best practices and local regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English & Czech.
