CZ: Head of Projects (Urban Assets)

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Projects (Urban Assets) to oversee the development and execution of investment projects in various asset classes including Offices, Residential, and Hospitality, with an initial focus on the Czech Republic. The role will be based in Prague and will require a blend of visionary thinking and hands-on project management skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company's portfolio of residential and office spaces.

• Lead and manage non-industrial construction projects, primarily in the Czech Republic, with future expansion to Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, and Romania;
• Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of residential and office projects;
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
• Manage a growing team focused on non-industrial construction;
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans;
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards;
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management;
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with a background in office and residential projects;
• Experience working with General Contractors, developers, or consultancy firms would be an advantage;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to balance visionary thinking with practical execution;
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Czech or other regional languages is a plus;
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Ostrava, Bratislava, Budapest, and other locations as needed.
