CZ: Senior Procurement Specialist

Our respected Client, a leading European real estate investment, development, and management company, is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join the dynamic team and lead procurement operations.

The Senior Procurement Specialist will oversee and optimize procurement activities within our client’s portfolio in the Czech Republic. This role is crucial in ensuring that the supply chain is cost-efficient, sustainable, and aligned with the high standards of quality and innovation.

• Oversee day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance to meet operational and quality requirements.
• Implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings without compromising on quality, leveraging your deep understanding of the supply chain.
• Drive sustainable procurement practices that support our company’s environmental responsibility and our clients’ ESG goals.
• Collaborate with logistics, production, and quality control teams to ensure procurement processes are integrated seamlessly with overall operational strategies.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in procurement operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven experience in procurement, with a deep understanding of supply chains, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with broader business objectives.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms with suppliers.
• Experience in leading procurement teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed procurement decisions.
• Fluency in English and Czech is required, any other Central European language is a plus.
