Your role and goals

Productsup is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to strengthen our customer experience team tasked with servicing our retail customers . In this role you will work with enterprise-class organizations and onboard them on our Productsup SaaS platform, and provide a high level of after-sales customer service.This role requires a pro-active and service-oriented mindset, combined with excellent communication and project management skills, and a strong understanding of e-commerce business and data management, in particular in retail.

In your first 3 months you will:

• Learn the people and processes in the team
• Learn the Productsup platform
• Shadow team members during customer implementation projects

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Start the first Implementation projects with customers
• Share your industry and technical knowledge with the team
• Suggest changes to existing processes and procedures based on experience
• Become a subject matter expert on the Productsup platform

What you bring to the team

• Fluency in English.
• Strong project management skills (ideally proven by a relevant certification).
• A quick learner who likes sharing knowledge and coaching junior team members.
• 10-15 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce.
• Proven experience in working with enterprise customers.
• Proven experience with data management, data transformation or similar fields of business.
• Tech-savvy and hands-on data wrangler who likes to think outside the box.
• Ability to work in an online environment with many co-workers working remotely.
