Your role and goals

We are looking for an Associate Implementation Consultant to join our Solutions team. Our Associate Implementation Consultant function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions.

You will support our team in the implementation process to our customers as well as configuration support when our customers’ needs grow over time. You will learn and develop the skills to successfully guide a client through their implementation and lead relevant conversations with internal and external stakeholders.

In your first 3 months you will:

• Learn everything you can about our product and take a deep dive into it from a technical perspective
• Shadow your peers and work with our Implementation and Success teams on demo calls
• Participate in customer kick-off calls to define project objectives

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Lead your own technical implementation of client projects
• Depending on the implementation size and complexity, either guide a customer through an implementation or manage a full implementation project.
• Manage all stakeholders (internal and external) during the implementation process, taking ownership for the project’s success
• Soley take on project deep-dive calls with customers to scope and plan the technical implementation and determine timelines
• Build project plans, manage deliverables, reports on the status of milestones, and proactively identify project risks

What you bring to the team

• 1-2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, consulting, support, sales engineering, or technical problem-solving within a SaaS B2B environment
• An understanding of the eCommerce industry
• Customer-facing experience
• Attention to detail, teamwork and initiative driven
• Strong interest for technology and a working knowledge of SQL, API Integration and relational databases
• Ability to work in a high energy and rapidly evolving B2B software startup/scaleup environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
