Your role and goals

We’re looking for a Working Student - Graphic Design to join our Design Team. At Productsup, the Design team is an integral part of the Marketing team and is responsible for a mix of branding, design, marketing campaigns, and business assets, all while working to evolve our brand journey. If you have a natural eye for details and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with our audiences and design, this is the ideal opportunity for you!

In your first 3 months you will:

• Learn about the evolution of our brand and brand guidelines and identity
• Get to know the type of our projects and our design plans and needs
• Checking all the design materials that we have, and the design working process
• Get to know the different stakeholders in the Marketing department
• Editing, modifying, and finalizing some projects, for example, working on digital banners, online guides, and presentations

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Make sure that the appearance of our brand and our corporate identity follow our brand guidelines and actively undergo continuous development
• Execute a variety of projects, making sure that they are on-brand, compelling, consistent, and visually exciting
• Support the design and marketing team with the production and design assets to numerous specs for online guides, presentations, one-pagers, websites, banners, and social media

What you bring to the team

• Currently enrolled in a German University program and have the ability to work 20h/week for at least the next 6 months
• Good knowledge of design principles, layout design, typography, and color theory
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics is a big plus
• Skilled and passionate about editorial design, photo compositions, image editing, and layout design
• Experience in interpreting briefs and handling presentation data effectively, and formatting in software such as Google Slides
• Shows a strong commitment to learning, continuously enhancing technical skills, and staying abreast of industry trends
• Have an eye for details
• Fluency in English
