Nous recherchons un Architecte de Solutions IA passionné et tourné vers l'avenir pour rejoindre notre équipe et travailler au développement et à la mise en œuvre de solutions de marché ou internes afin d'améliorer l'efficacité des processus clients (IA, automatisations, configurations intelligentes...).
-Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Design and integrate AI-driven features into our Contact Center software to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and machine learning to identify opportunities for innovation within the industry.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative ideas from concept to reality.
Software Management: Manage and optimize customer service software solutions.
Testing and Evaluation: Test and evaluate new and existing contact center solutions to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize data analytics to inform AI model development and improve existing algorithms.
Prototype Development: Build and test prototypes of new features to assess feasibility and effectiveness.
Technical Leadership: Provide expertise in AI technologies and mentor junior team members.
-Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in AI and machine learning, preferably within the Contact Center or BPO industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
Experience with Contact Center solutions like Genesys, Talkdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, etc. is a plus
