You will become the expert within our company in Contact Center solutions offered by NewCo and our partners.

Tâches

AI Integration: Collaborate with teams to implement AI solutions in contact center operations to improve customer experiences.

Solution Optimization: Work with existing contact center solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various departments to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.

Data Utilization: Use data insights to support decision-making and process improvements.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on AI trends and technologies relevant to contact center operations.

Support and Training: Assist in training teams on new solutions and technologies.

Compétences requises

Educational Background: Degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience: Required expertise in Contact Center solutions such as Genesys, Talkdsesk, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AI applications in customer service.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
