Tasks
- Project Oversight: Manage the delivery of technology projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and within-scope completion.
- Team Management: Lead both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth project execution and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop processes to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Client Relationship: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and address issues promptly to maintain progress.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and support team members in their development and continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Financial Management: Oversee a $30M/year budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- SOW & Vendor Management: Manage the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor contracts, and negotiations of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Global License Management: Ensure the effective management of global licenses for compliance and cost control.
Requirements
- Technical Experience: Familiarity with enterprise digital commerce tools like Salesforce, SAP, and Shopify.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with large, complex, global budgets.
- Global Initiative Experience: Worked on multi-year, international projects with cross-functional teams.
- Self-Starting & Independent: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Collaboration: Able to work effectively with virtual, globally distributed teams.
- Strong Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Skilled at tackling challenges creatively and strategically.
