Junior Demand & Supply Planning Manager (m/w/d)

What awaits you with us

As a Junior Demand & Supply Planning Manager you are responsible for the execution of our planning and buying processes at New Flag for your brands and suppliers.
You secure optimal product availability for our retail and professional customers around the world – in close collaboration across departments and countries. At the same time, you focus on continuously improving our planning accuracy and global inventory.

• You support the whole end-to-end process for your brands – from Launch to Exit, from demand & supply planning to buying and stock management
• The operational buying, production processes and supplier coordination are your key focus areas including invoice validation for final payments
• You help generating demand-supply forecasts and scenarios together with the Demand Planners, Sales and Brand Management
• As a competent sparring partner, you continuously analyse the inventory flow and structure, coverages and sell-in/-out trends of your brands and pro-actively suggest and implement corrective actions if needed
• In case of bottlenecks you define and manage allocations to sales regions across the globe and secure a proper execution
• Management reporting (availability, overstock, forecast accuracy etc.) will be a mean for you to create transparency and to support our planning and management team to take appropriate actions and decisions
• You participate and support our wide range of projects to optimize our global Supply Chain network

What you bring

• Bachelor‘s degree (ideally with focus on Supply Chain Management or Marketing) or equivalent with relevant professional experience
• Excellent analytical and commercial thinking skills combined with a pragmatic mindset
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multicultural environment
• Hands-on mentality, drive and creativity to find solutions and create success
• Attention to details and holistic view of processes
• MS office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
• Power BI and Navision Microsoft Dynamics) experience is highly appreciated
• Fluent in (verbal and written) English, German can be a plus
