Polish-speaking Game Presenters to join our team in Riga, Latvia. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with great attention to detail, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll provide all the training you need!

• Conduct live video-streamed games following rules and procedures.
• Engage with players in a professional and friendly manner, answering game-related questions via chat.
• Monitor gaming activities, ensure adherence to the schedule, and report unusual events or errors to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on game rules and procedures.
• Represent the company in promotional activities, including photo and video shoots.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

• Languages:

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Polish.

• B2-level proficiency in English.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and explain confidently.
• EU Passport holder
• Willingness to work in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Enjoys wearing make up, doing hair and dressing up.
• Likes and is comfortable being in front of the camera.
• A polished, professional appearance and refined manner of speech.

• Salary: Starting from €2043 per month with bonuses based on performance (with increase up to €2294 after 12 months).
• Welcome bonus of €528 after the first working month.
• Relocation Support: Paid flight to Riga (from within Europe).
• Accommodation: One month of paid accommodation in a single hotel room.
• Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts (approximately 15 shifts per month) with 30-minute breaks after every 1.5–2.5 hours of gameplay.
• Paid Training: A 3-week program to ensure you’re fully prepared, paid at the hourly rate.
