Tasks

  1. Monitor system activity, chatbot performance, and incoming client queries in real time.
  2. Assist users by resolving support tickets, investigating issues, and providing clear guidance.
  3. Report system anomalies, downtimes, or unusual behavior to the Product and AI teams.
  4. Review live interactions to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper automation routing.
  5. Escalate high-priority issues to the correct internal team with proper documentation.
  6. Follow predefined workflows to maintain platform stability and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent, methodical work style.
  • Experience in customer support, live monitoring, or SaaS environments.
  • Ability to understand workflows, system behavior, and basic troubleshooting steps.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain solutions simply.
  • Comfort working remotely with high reliability and time discipline.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are a plus.
