Marketing & Media Creator

If you’re passionate about storytelling, digital content, and creating clean, modern visuals that help a SaaS product grow, this fully remote role is for you.

1. Create clear, engaging marketing content for social media, website pages, reels, and product updates.
2. Produce visual media such as graphics, short videos, and simple animations aligned with ChatAgent’s brand.
3. Collaborate with the Product and Growth teams to translate features into compelling visuals and explanations.
4. Manage the content pipeline—brainstorm, draft, refine, and publish assets across multiple channels.
5. Research market trends, competitors, and user behavior to shape strategic content ideas.
6. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all assets.
7. Prepare media for campaigns, releases, and landing pages with high attention to detail.

• Strong experience in content creation, marketing, or social media for SaaS or digital products.
• Good visual and design sense, with the ability to create clean, modern graphics.
• Experience using design and media tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, attractive, user-friendly content.
• High ownership, self-management, and ability to deliver consistently in a remote environment.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
