AI Trainer / Data Annotator

Tasks
- Review, clean, and annotate text data to improve ChatAgent’s AI understanding and accuracy.
- Train the AI by labeling intents, correcting responses, and identifying misclassifications.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs and adjust training samples to enhance automation quality.
- Work closely with the Product and AI teams to maintain consistent logic across industries.
- Follow clear guidelines to ensure annotations are accurate, consistent, and high-quality.
- Identify patterns, edge cases, and weak spots in AI performance to guide improvements.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines.
- Experience with data labeling, content review, or AI training (preferred but not required).
- Clear analytical thinking and the ability to spot inconsistencies in language or logic.
- Comfort working remotely with discipline and ownership of your tasks.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and how conversational systems learn.
- Strong English reading and writing skills; additional languages are a plus.
