AI Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for an AI-savvy, detail-oriented specialist who can guide new clients through their onboarding journey and help them set up powerful automation workflows. If you enjoy turning complex ideas into clear steps, teaching users how to get the most out of a product, and working in a fully remote environment, this role will suit you perfectly.
Tasks
- Lead new clients through the full onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use ChatAgent from day one.
- Configure client accounts, connect channels, and set up core automation flows based on each business’s needs.
- Translate client goals into practical AI workflow setups and clear implementation steps.
- Work closely with the Product, AI, and Support teams to resolve setup issues and improve onboarding efficiency.
- Create guides, checklists, and simple documentation to help clients understand best practices.
- Identify early opportunities for optimization, ensuring clients see value during their first weeks.
Requirements
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Experience with SaaS products, customer onboarding, or AI tools is highly preferred.
- A structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working remotely with high ownership and clear self-management.
- Ability to understand business logic and translate it into automation workflows.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
