We seek a motivated Account Manager to source, identify, and engage potential leads, ensuring strong client relationships and contributing to our growth.
Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for new potential leads.
- Analyze market trends to find new business opportunities.
- Conduct initial outreach to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Assess lead potential and align with company offerings.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain communication to address client needs and provide updates.
- Maintain detailed lead records from various sources.
- Use CRM software to track interactions and update lead status.
- Work with marketing to align lead generation with campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales for smooth lead handoff and closing support.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management (investment preferred).
- Knowledge in the financial markets and trading (Proprietary Trading) is a must.
- Strong English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
