Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client's business goals
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs
- Establish and uphold HR procedures and policies
- Organize and conduct training and development programs for our team
- Support our efforts in creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace
Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in a start-up environment
- Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role
- Experienced in remote work, and well-versed in the technological landscape and the dynamic digital sector.
- Proficiency in HR functions (payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office
