We are seeking a Full-stack Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in both marketing strategy and design to lead our efforts in driving brand awareness, and advertisement
Tasks
- Manage brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ads, messaging, and landing pages, continuously iterating and refining strategies based on results.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts across channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to optimize SEM efforts.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies to enhance ROI.
- Work with external partners to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and materials, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum ROI while staying within budget constraints.
- Adjust campaign strategies as necessary to remain within budget and achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year of experience working for western company and marketing market (e.g. European and US), Indonesian only experience is not needed
- Perfect English skills for communicating effectively in the international market.
- Expertise in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and social media ad platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in a Marketing leadership role, with a deep understanding of landing page optimization and effective advertising strategies.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- A creative mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities, able to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and turning insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and using marketing automation tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing strategies to improve organic search rankings.
