As a Finance Manager at IBMC, you will play a key role in overseeing our financial operations and driving strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience working in international companies, possess strong proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and have a background in business consulting or agency work.

Tasks

  • Manage and oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and drive growth.
  • Provide guidance in finance and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with a master's degree in the relevant field are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with minimum 3 years of working experience are welcome to apply
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in an international company/agency.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience in business consulting or agency work is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
