We are looking for an account manager to handle
Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of logistics services.
- Monitor service performance and address any issues or complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and operations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Willing and able to work according to the US time zone, which aligns with midnight in Indonesia.
- Proven experience as an account manager or similar role in the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
