We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in both marketing strategy and design to lead our efforts in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and business growth for an international company serving the global market. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance-driven strategies, paired with a sharp eye for design. Experience in the Forex industry, Prop Firms, or Forex brokerage is a plus but not required.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute comprehensive online brand strategies to establish and strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to refine brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, websites, social media, and events.
  • Manage brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting marketing assets, such as ads creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ads, messaging, and landing pages, continuously iterating and refining strategies based on results.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts across channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to optimize SEM efforts.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies to enhance ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Web Development, and Creative teams, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
  • Work with external partners to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and materials, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
  • Develop UX/UI improvements to enhance user journeys and conversion paths.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum ROI while staying within budget constraints.
  • Adjust campaign strategies as necessary to remain within budget and achieve business goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing leadership role, with a deep understanding of landing page optimization and effective advertising strategies.
  • Expertise in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and social media ad platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • A creative mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities, able to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and turning insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and using marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles, ensuring improved user experience and optimized conversion paths.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Perfect English skills for communicating effectively in the international market.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working for western company and marketing market (e.g. European), Indonesian only experience is not needed
  • Required to work from the office in Jakarta/Tangerang.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graphic design background with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to develop basic websites using WordPress and optimize them for conversion is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the Forex industry, Prop Firms, or Forex brokerage is a plus.
