As a fast-paced startup, we need someone with a hands-on approach. This is not just a sales role — it’s a leadership position where you’ll take full ownership of the entire sales team, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to daily sales activities. We don’t have large corporate functions, so you must be ready to lead by example, implement and enforce processes, and still take part in the operational work required to hit our ambitious goals.
We need a leader who ensures the team uses tools like the CRM system properly, pushes every team member to achieve their best performance, and creates a culture of accountability and excellence. At the same time, you’ll be actively developing business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals yourself.
Beyond leading the team, we expect you to expand our presence in the industry by building strong networks with cooperatives, industry organizations, and government agencies like the Department of Fisheries. Your ability to develop strategic partnerships and enhance HydroNeo’s visibility in the aquaculture sector will be key to our continued success.

Tasks
- Take full ownership of the sales team’s performance, providing leadership, coaching, and accountability
- Implement and enforce effective sales processes, ensuring proper use of CRM and other tools
- Push the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Establish and develop new business opportunities through calls, video presentations, expos, and in-person visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry organizations, cooperatives, and government bodies to increase HydroNeo’s market presence
- Represent HydroNeo in the political and industry landscape, advocating for innovation and smart farming
- Maintain a high level of contact with all customers to provide top-tier service and nurture long-term relationships
- Articulate technical information clearly and persuasively to clients
- Support the management team with market intelligence and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements
- Proven sales and account management experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Thai language skills are a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to enforce processes and drive accountability
- Experience in a (Tech-) Startup is a plus
- Experience or background in aquaculture is a plus
- Sufficient English skills in writing and verbal communication to collaborate with our international team
- Understanding of computers and technology, including proper use of CRM systems
- Owning a car and having a driver's license is a plus
- Consistently act in the best interest of the company
