About the Role:
We’re looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff / Founder’s Associate to be the right hand of our CEO and Founder. This is a unique, high-impact role where you will work directly with the founder on strategic and operational matters, enabling the company to scale faster and more effectively. Think of it as being the adjutant to a commander — you’ll help steer the ship, ensuring the team stays on course and the company’s vision is realized.

This role is a fast-track to senior leadership and could evolve into a Country Director role for Thailand or a new market in the future. It’s also the best possible stepping stone for anyone looking to become a founder themselves one day — offering firsthand experience in building and scaling a company.

• Act as the CEO’s right hand: Represent the founder in meetings, make decisions on their behalf, and drive key initiatives forward.
• Drive strategic projects: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that align with the company’s goals and growth strategy.
• Optimize operations: Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Ensure alignment: Coordinate between departments to keep everyone on track and focused on company priorities.
• Handle critical communications: Draft key messages, presentations, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support fundraising and partnerships: Assist with investor relations, strategic partnerships, and high-level negotiations.
• Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset: Take ownership of challenges, think creatively, and execute with speed and precision.
