Quality Assurance Analyst

Office Location: Bucharest

Work location: Bucharest, for employees based in Bucharest 2 days/week at the office

Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract/B2B

Duration: 12 months, prolongation available

Salary: 5000 - 6000 ron net

Working schedule: 9-18, Monday-Friday

• Review and validate assets in Adobe Workfront based on product characteristics that will be launched in the future, ensuring they meet the documented required standards and metadata accuracy.
• Approve assets in PSD or PNG format with transparent backgrounds; reject JPEGs and non-transparent PNGs.
• Revalidate approved assets based on updated guidelines in a very dynamic Product Line with over 10000 products.
• Collaborate with project owners to mark tasks as completed once QA is passed.
  Utilize reports and trackers to prioritize and manage QA tasks.
• Understand prioritization of tasks and how choices will activate assets online.
  Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to missing or incorrect metadata for assets.
• Ensure assets are correctly tagged with language metadata (e.g., "none" for assets/images without text).

• Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools or metadata tagging.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in asset metadata.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with image formats and requirements (PSD, PNG, JPEG).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex QA scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a QA role within a marketing or digital asset management environment.
Knowledge of asset Metadata processes.
Experience with Power BI for reporting and tracking.
