B2B Customer Advisor with Dutch

• Customer service and inquiry management – Handling emails, calls, and chats for the Dutch market
• Preparation of proposals and quotes based on customer needs
• Comprehensive order management – Product selection, order confirmation, coordination with suppliers, and follow-up
• Billing and after-sales control – Sending information and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Design editing and internal collaboration as additional tasks during the low season

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
• Languages: Native Dutch
• Skills: Proactivity, responsibility, customer orientation, and the ability to work under pressure
• Technical knowledge: Basic proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Pixelmator
