Tasks
- Customer service and inquiry management – Handling emails, calls, and chats for the Dutch market
- Preparation of proposals and quotes based on customer needs
- Comprehensive order management – Product selection, order confirmation, coordination with suppliers, and follow-up
- Billing and after-sales control – Sending information and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Design editing and internal collaboration as additional tasks during the low season
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Languages: Native Dutch
- Skills: Proactivity, responsibility, customer orientation, and the ability to work under pressure
- Technical knowledge: Basic proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Pixelmator
