B2B Customer Solution Representative with French

• Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with agreements
• Coordinate with other internal departments to arrange shipments and monitor outbound activities
• Monitor customer credit status, handle returns, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Act as a first-level point of contact for internal departments
• Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands

• Full Professional level of French
• Full Professional level of English
• 1/2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and/or Salesforce
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• An active listener who thrives in collaborative environments
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset
• Excellent organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach
