We’re looking for passionate individuals to join an exciting new Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona, where we are creating an innovative platform to enhance the customer experience in the luxury automotive industry.

As a Customer Expert for the Iberian market, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. Your expertise and dedication will make you a trusted representative, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Are you fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and speak English in a professional level? We are searching for individuals who have a deep appreciation for premium automotive brands and a drive to redefine customer service. Your mission will be to create a welcoming and seamless experience, making customers feel valued and eager to return.
