As a Customer Expert for the Iberian market, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. Your expertise and dedication will make you a trusted representative, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Are you fluent in French and English? We are searching for individuals who have a deep appreciation for premium automotive brands and a drive to redefine customer service. Your mission will be to create a welcoming and seamless experience, making customers feel valued and eager to return.

Tasks
- Represent our client's premium products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Be the main point of contact for customers from the Iberia market

- Use your strong communication skills to assist customers with various inquiries
- Ensure each customer enjoys a seamless and high-quality experience that aligns with our client’s standards
