Inbound Call Center Sales Advisor with German

• Build relationships and convert leads into satisfied customers
• Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Sales function, liaising with the company’s headquarters
• Assess and understand the specific needs of potential clients, identified through digital acquisition channels, and recommend the most suitable products and services.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to strengthen client loyalty by responding to inquiries via email and phone and ensuring their satisfaction through appropriate actions
• Contribute to the refinement and implementation of procedures and tools to support ongoing development within the market

• Native level of German
• Professional level of English
• Previous experience in call center as a sales consultant, with strong skills in managing daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts
• Skilled in effectively handling objections and offering tailored solutions to meet potential clients' needs
• Interest in embracing the multidisciplinary approach of an international start-up
