Tasks
- Build relationships and convert leads into satisfied customers
- Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Sales function, liaising with the company’s headquarters
- Assess and understand the specific needs of potential clients, identified through digital acquisition channels, and recommend the most suitable products and services.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to strengthen client loyalty by responding to inquiries via email and phone and ensuring their satisfaction through appropriate actions
- Contribute to the refinement and implementation of procedures and tools to support ongoing development within the market
Requirements
- Native level of German
- Professional level of English
- Previous experience in call center as a sales consultant, with strong skills in managing daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts
- Skilled in effectively handling objections and offering tailored solutions to meet potential clients' needs
- Interest in embracing the multidisciplinary approach of an international start-up
