Tasks
Supervise the invoicing processes
Oversee the aging of accounts receivable and handle collection claims
Perform accounting entries, including bank cheque issuance and bank reconciliations
Collaborate effectively with suppliers
Manage KPI analysis and reporting
Participate in ad hoc projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
Cooperates closely with the Finance Manager on accounts for specific regions
Responsible for managing and reviewing expense reports, overseeing petty cash, performing clerical tasks, and handling specific client communications
Requirements
Preferably a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting procedures
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with SAP and familiarity with German GAAP is essential
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
